It's not that women can't be stronger than men, because they can. It's that on average they have a biological disadvantage specifically in certain areas that makes it harder to be stronger than a man who puts in a similar amount of effort. Testosterone promotes muscular development. A transgender woman who's biologically male has grown up with male anatomy and potentially, but not always, gets a head start on muscular strength.

Unfortunate facts of nature, not misogyny.

Just because the imbalance is not always significant or guaranteed does not mean it is not still a form of cheating. Gender and weight class separation in sports was created for a reason.
