    @purple@nya.social for this reason I avoid any standalone programs written in python like the plague. never had a good time with them. Always some version mismatch or dependency issue with them it seems

          Hey GIMP,

          If you're going to change something in software used for professional work, maybe set reasonable defaults people expect?

          I know the new PNG exports page was done to help improve zlib compression, but if I really needed it small I'd either turn on optimizations myself or use a different damn format.
