          @bonkmaykr @Forestofenchantment @lanodan @hfaust gnome is literally the desktop version of a "forced meme", it's only around because some of the big Linux distros use it as the default, normies click it, they realize it's shit, and they go "fuck this I want my Windows" because it makes the Windows 8 era of slop "how to use WIndows 8" books seem like a joke.
